Surprise Shopping

Finally, the brothers have a photostory together.

Armel: Clothes, of course! We need new clothes for Chinese New Year, right?


Armel: Look! I even got you a suit!
Rei: YOU WHAT?!


Rei: You.. How... Where did you get all that money from?
Armel: From dad's piggy bank, of course.


Rei: How did you even know where it's kept?!
Armel: You told me! In a game of "Truth or Dare", remember?


Rei: I am dead meat...
Armel: What's wrong? You don't like the suit?

Armel's 1st CNY in 2009

Last year, I only had Armel and it was his first CNY with me.
I did a short photostory for him on CNY Eve. =D
There's Jin this time for this year, and I will make a random pre-CNY photostory later. XD

Armel: It's Chinese's New Year's Eve!
Me: And?
Armel: It's customary for parents to give their kids red packets for good luck!
Me: That's MY piggy bank!
Armel: But I want my ang bao!



Me: Alright, that's enough, give those back.
Armel: NO! *shove shove*


Me: Ok, fine! You can have this.
Armel: What's that?
Me: 5 yen.


Armel: *glares*
Me: What?
Armel: Miser.
Me: Hey, take it or leave it.
Armel: *glares* Fine.

Wardrobe crisis?

Initially, their items were packed in bags. Each boy had their own bag of clothes/belongings.
But as of 1st November last year, they took over one of my wardrobe's drawers.



Of course, it's very different now. *laughs*
And I think soon they will have a drawer each. ._.

Little story: I actually set my eyes on him back when I was looking for my first boy. But considering my budget and my lack of experience in looking after dolls, let alone a bigger sized one, I decided to go for MSD sized dolls first.
Obviously, he is named after my favourite game character. *laughs*
He's a really cute boy. He's actually really warm, but he's so shy it's cute.
It may sound weird, but I actually had awkward moments when he arrived and I was letting him and Armel have some brother bonding time.

Yorishiku Onegaishimasu

I have finally decided to create a blog just for my boys.
I think many still can't quite picture me liking BJDs. *laughs*
But well, here's my 2 babies~



Armel actually arrived before his older brother. ^^;
Partially because I was quite afraid of being unable to handle a bigger sized doll without any experience.
They follow my name, Mikazuki, which is my pen name. I used to write a lot but I can't find the time to anymore.
Mikazuki (三日月) means cresent moon in Japanese. The reason why I used that as my pen name is because I was born on a new moon. (Which also answers quite a lot of questions on how my name actually came about lol...)

I'll update this place with photostories/photoshoots from the past to present and beyond.
Ever since they entered my life, it's been a wonderful ride. May there be more happy moments to come! ^^
